Introduction

Philosophy, art, and spiritual practice — read slowly, truly lived.

This is a personal blog. And at the same time, it is about a transformation of consciousness: consciousness does not exist in isolation, but only in connection with other consciousness — it is communicative.

In 2016, I traveled to India to read Gilles Deleuze there. I read slowly: thoughts are complex formations. Understanding others means questioning one’s own thinking. An encounter between worlds of thought takes time. It was a metamorphosis of my thinking.

Along the way, passages open up here: from Deleuze to the Upanishads, from concepts to temples, from theory to practice — and, in Auroville, to a culture in which meditation needs no explanation, but is normal.

The Main Reading Areas

The categories form the blog’s architecture. They help you read posts not only chronologically, but according to their main movements.

Other Foundational Texts

These texts deepen individual lines: practice, Auroville, art, sound, and inner freedom.

Bodhi Zendo

Meditation, stillness, and practice in South India: what does practice mean when philosophy becomes breath and posture?

A Year in Auroville

Auroville as a space of experience: everyday life, transformation, community, and the possibility of organizing life differently.

Art Before Theory

Art as its own form of knowing rather than an illustration of thoughts: perception before concept.

Music – Nāda-Brahman

Sound as a form of consciousness, listening as a method.
